I left Kesennuma to go to university, but now I am participating in a project to train human resources who can work in the community as a "community-reactivating cooperator squads". When I found a recruitment, When I found a recruitment, I applied to the job immediately because I wanted to work in Kesennuma in my future with the experiences of the NPO corporation 'Sokoage' in my high school days. I wanted to work in Kesennuma in my future because of the experiences of the NPO corporation 'Sokoage' in my high school days.
When I studied community design at university, I learned that it is important to think about the problems with the community together and support finding a solution, It is not to give a solution to them. It is not only for Kesennuma, but also for the provinces all over the country need to think and take action on their own now. Therefore, I wanted to work for the entrepreneurs or a job related to the human resources development to put an effort into the new efforts.
When I was a high school student, I made sightseeing brochures with my classmates. We went out of school, studied the local community, and we all wondered how we could make Kesennuma enjoyable. I really enjoyed the experience to realize that Kesennuma is a good place. When I was an university student, people from all over the country and people from overseas told me, "I am sorry for Kesennuma, it must have been really hard." I was very happy to hear your concern even after the disaster, and I was filled with gratitude.
